Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays. During high-demand periods, sales, or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified via email in case of any significant delay.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Please note: Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT (if applicable) are not included and must be paid by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • ✅ Tracking number

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to activate.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.

Saint Vanity is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Lost parcels due to address errors

If an order is returned due to incorrect details, reshipping fees will apply.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import taxes
  • Local VAT charges

These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. Saint Vanity is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages in transit after dispatch
  • Orders marked delivered but not received
  • Theft after successful delivery

Customers must contact their local courier service for assistance.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Courier disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect address details

Shipping fees are non-refundable for delays outside our control.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the package and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

After review, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Returned Orders (Non-Delivery Cases)

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unpaid customs fees
  • Delivery refusal
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

Refunds will be issued for the product only (excluding shipping fees). Reshipping is available with additional payment.
